You’re filling out this form to perform at “TAMASHAA” by ASLAB INCORPORATION. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you register :

1. This open mic. is strictly for 6 different categories mentioned in the registration form.
2. The registration fee has to be paid, through Paytm /Cash/Account Transfer. (Payment details will be given to you once we will receive your complete registration form).
3. Permanent registration fee will be valid for 1 year from the date of registration.
4. Registration fee is non-refundable or non-transferable in any circumstances.
5. You’ll be notified about your selection on the email id or contact no. you provide through this form. So make sure they are correct & active.
6. Maximum of 10 minutes of performance time will be given to each participant.
7. Company reserves the right to change, add or subtract anything in the event/form / slot booking without any prior notice.
8. You retain ownership of your work, but you give ‘TAMASHAA’ & “ASLAB INCORPORATION” permission to photograph or record your performance for display on their websites / social media / third-party partners. (If you wish to be excluded from being photographed or recorded, please inform any team member beforehand.)
9. Your performance will be recorded during the event and you can get your final edited video by paying an extra amount.
10. Unauthorized audio recording and videography of the performers during an event is strictly prohibited. For this we will be having our own team.
11. You agree to give us the permission to put your video on our website, YouTube channel and other social media or other our official sites or other associated partners websites and portals for our organization’s promotion.
12. You also give us the right to remove your video if we find the content ineligible at any point of time for any reason / dispute.
13. We reserve the right to cancel the registration in any genuine  circumstances / reason / dispute.
14. Make sure your performance / content will be your original piece. TAMASHAA & ASLAB INCORPORATION is not responsible for any kind of copyright issue.
15. Unedited/Raw footage will not be released or given to anyone at any cost.
16. Only one entry will be considered from one person, if you fill more than one form you’ll be automatically disqualified.
17. There will be minimum gap of 45 days between your two performance. Your next performance date will be given by us according to the availability of time/slot/place etc.
18. You need to re-register after completion of 1 year.
19. Copied / original copyright violation may automatically lead to cancel of your registration.
20. Permanent member will get priority in the slot if he/she will be willing to perform before closing of registration date for particular event.
21 ONE-SHOW REGISTRATION WILL BE VALID FOR PARTICULARLY THAT ONE SHOW ONLY.
